These terms govern your use of the It Mart website and your purchases from us. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

"We"/"us"/"It Mart" means It Mart, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], trade licence no. [NUMBER]. "You" means the person browsing the site or placing an order. "Products" means the goods listed for sale on the site.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
• We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms

3. Products, pricing and availability

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We try to keep product images, specifications and stock accurate, but manufacturer specifications can change and occasional errors occur.

Pricing errors: if a product is listed at a materially incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price.

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer an alternative, a partial fulfilment, or a refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, the price was incorrect, we suspect fraud, or delivery is not possible to your address.

5. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Additional payment methods may be enabled over time and will be shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready; our courier may refuse an order if payment cannot be collected.

6. Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier capacity, weather, strikes or public holidays. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the package on arrival and report visible damage immediately.

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's or official distributor's warranty, and the warranty period for each product is shown on its product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

• Physical damage, liquid damage, burn marks or broken seals
• Damage from voltage fluctuation, lightning or improper power supply
• Unauthorised repair, modification or removal of warranty stickers/serial numbers
• Consumables and wear items (batteries, cables, thermal paste, etc.) beyond their stated period
• Software problems, data loss, or issues caused by viruses or user configuration

Please back up your data before submitting any device for service. We are not responsible for data loss.

8. PC Builder

The PC Builder is a planning aid. Its compatibility checks are guidance only and do not guarantee that a configuration will work in every case. Please confirm compatibility with our team before purchasing a complete build.

9. Reviews and user content

Reviews you submit are moderated before publication. Do not post unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringing content. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, logos and graphics belong to It Mart or its licensors. Product images and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse site content commercially without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits, business interruption or data loss.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
